Coaching for Social Entrepreneurs - Exclusive offer for SANKALP enterprises

This programme was designed exclusively for SANKALP enterprises. It was rooted in their unique needs as social entrepreneurs – which are unlike those of any other job.    

 Participants could choose between the Individual Coaching or Group Coaching tracks, each offering a bespoke coaching opportunity with them at the centre.

It enabled participants to develop their leadership skills, reflect on challenges, and think through strategic choices in our coaching programme.  

DATES:

The Individual Coaching Track consisted of three 60-minute sessions, held between December 2022 and February 2023.

The Group Coaching Track consisted of four 90-minute sessions of maximum 8 participants per group, held between December 2022 and February 2023
