Henning Ringholz - Founder and CEO

 

Henning is founder and CEO of Coaching for Impact. A qualified executive and leadership coach, he has several decades of experience in the impact sector, having lived and worked in Africa, Europe, North and South America, and Asia. Based on roles in the corporate sector, consulting, government, non-profit management, philanthropy, education, and a stint as an entrepreneur, Henning brings vast practical experience that allows him to empathize and see eye to eye with impact leaders.

He holds degrees from University of Cambridge (BA Social and Political Sciences, M.Phil Technology Policy), Harvard Kennedy School (Master in Public Administration), University of Oxford (Diploma in Financial Strategy), and was until recently a Visiting Scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship. He is a certified coach for the Global Executive Leadership Monitor (GELM) and Reflection Circles, and he holds the IMD Business School Executive Coaching Certificate.

Henning worked closely with the Global Shared Value Initiative and collaborated with the Harvard Kennedy School Social Innovation Initiative. Recently, he was a steering committee member of Yunus Social Businesses’ “Business as Unusual – How social intrapreneurs can turn companies into a force for good” initiative, presented at WEF Davos in 2020. In the same year, he initiated and led a challenge with Business Fights Poverty on corporate/SME collaboration
